Nope. But no in the sense that the Multiplus does not have a solar input and MPPT. The mppt is external and transforms the solar input to DC as per your battery voltage. (As in the picture from another post here). The multiplus the uses the 48V(or whatever) and can THEN mix the AC input with DC. But always from its DC terminals.
